Beautifully furnished, this 8,000 sq ft, open and airy luxury villa is right on a private sandy beach on the South Shore of Banderas Bay two miles south of town.
The 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms are restful retreats with terraces overlooking the ocean.
The 5th bedroom garden casita sleeps 2.
The rate includes the houseman, maid and cook 6 days a week.
An English-speaking manager oversees the staff.
Optional 3 meals per day are offered; breakfast, a light lunch and dinner.

There are no varying bedroom rates for Thanksgiving, Xmas and New Year in either villa; full rate required.

Rates reflect the maximum number of persons, adults and children (regardless of age, except babies) combined

By special request, we also make arrangements for airport transfers, baby sitting, massages, mariachi bands chauffered cars and flower delivery for that special occasion.
