Spa Services
Should you wish to treat yourself to a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, yoga or Pilates instruction, these services are available without having to leave the premises. Reservations should be made prior to arrival and may be arranged through our office manager.
Reservation Policy
Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 50% deposit. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
The Staff
The staff is charming, well trained, and eager to please. They consist of three housemen, two maids, two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Their desire is to see that the guests have a wonderful stay. Please note that it is customary in Mexico for the staff to have half day Saturday and all day Sunday off. Therefore, special arrangements must be made in advance for Saturday evening or Sunday service, and additional charges may apply.
Food and Liquor
The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an “at cost” basis; there is no mark-up. An itemized statement of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid. The chefs are trained under American standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator.
Air Conditioning
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Water
The estate has its own 30,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.
Electricity
All of the Villa’s electric plug receptacles are U.S. standard (AC 110-115) outlets.
The Library
The air-conditioned library has hundreds of books, a piano, house computer with free unlimited high speed internet access and DirecTV from the USA with hundreds of channels from which to choose. There is also wireless high speed internet access throughout most of the estate for those bringing laptops or other internet devices.

The Villa’s rates are per bedroom, per night.

!Beyond amazing!! The very best hotel experience in the Puerto Vallarta! The staff was very attentive to our needs. Even housekeeping was superior. I left a pair of shoes outside and when we returned to our suite, they were inside. This property is impeccable. I had the pleasure of spending 5 beautiful days at this Resort which was the venue for a wedding weekend of my best friends. Our wedding party took the entire property and we had 3 evening events that were completed by their staff with perfection. The Chef-Franco, did a fantastic job preparing food that he was not familiar with for a Kosher Moroccan Henna Celebration, not to mention a shabbat dinner and The Wedding. All for 90 guests. He and his crew served us delicious food from morning till late night. The Operations were smoothly run by John, our go to guy-Arturo was quick at making everything happen, Juan and Manny gave us consistent supperb customer service. The wedding planner, Roscio made everythin flow and the decor was gorgeous. John even surprised the Bride and Groom… Date of stay: December 2022
The villa is a stunning oasis tucked away at the end of the beach and offers sweeping views of the ocean and comfortable spacious rooms. The main hotel is an inviting central location for meals, drinks, and chilling. To top it off there are five pools if you're renting the entire place but the main pool seems to be where all the action is at. The house managers and staff are incredible including Freddy, Lalo, Arturo, Tony, Meño, Jose, Manny, Eddy, and Christian. The chefs include Franko (Head Chef), Nestor, and Wilber - get ready to taste some delicious food! And to the hard-working housekeeping staff Maribel, Hilda, Magaly, Maria Elena for keeping the entire grounds spotless. John, the general manager, was easy to work with, communicative, and accommodating to all our needs.…

I hosted my 50th birthday at Villa Verano, booked sight unseen. The outstanding service started with the concierge, Leonore, who took me through a virtual tour of the property so I could understand the layout, where to set things up, etc. It was incredibly helpful and put my mind at ease, but I needn't have worried as the setup, rooms, staff, food - everything was wonderful and clearly well thought-out. Here are the details: - There are 22 rooms spread out over five villas that go up a hillside. The main villa is at the top and includes the large pool, outdoor bar (we practically lived here), kitchen and main dining area, and large outdoor patios overlooking the beach. The patios are covered, so no worry if it rains. We had ordered a tent to eat outside, but ended up not using… Date of stay: July 2023

Our group of 45 gathered for a dear friend's 50th birthday - the amazing staff made the six-day celebration an unforgettable event. We hosted our daughters wedding at Villa Verano in June of 2023 and had a fantastic time. It was our 4th time staying at the Villa and we always knew we wanted one of our children to get married there. The staff really went above and beyond to make our daughters wedding weekend so special. John, Arturo and Lenore all made the planning process smooth. Upon arrival, Jose, Lalo, Freddy, Eddy, Manny, Tony & Meno all had smiling faces and amazing service throughout the entire weekend. We appreciated Maribel, Hilda and Zala’s room services as well. Words can not describe the paradise that is Villa Verano. The property as well as the level of service was exceptional. Prior to arriving, John reached out to let us know there was construction happening next door. He promptly moved us into another (larger!) Villa for our stay to ensure we were comfortable. We stayed in Villa Vista which was beautiful and overlooked the ocean. The convenience of this location is undeniable. Shout out to the staff LALO, MENO and WIL for an unforgettable experience. Nothing we asked was out of the question. They could not be more lovely and attentive during our stay. Our only regret was not having our Chef Wil prepare more meals for us. Villa Verano is a true paradise. Being immersed in a jungle next to the ocean is unparalleled. The staff were really what made our stay special and the service was impeccable. SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE in every way
Hard to describe really.... this property is absolutely perfect for a large group event. In my case, my 50th birthday. The Villa Verano team is better than any 5 star resort I've ever been to. They anticipate everything, pay attention to details, remember everyone's name, no request is too small or too big. My guests were absolutely pampered in a beautiful setting and loved every minute of their stay. When I booked with Kevin - he told me most guests barely leave the villa as it has everything: great views, great service, outstanding food and beverage, spa services on site, etc. Well he was right - we spent long days by the pool and couldn't have been happier. Our meals were fantastic. The rooms were also perfect - views from everyone of them and all special in their own unique way. I'll definitely go back some day and would put Villa Verano at the top of my list of places to recommend to my friends.

On behalf of the entire group, thank you! The staff at the Villa and PVBC went above and beyond in making sure we had a terrific time while in PV. I can’t say enough on how supportive and attentive the staff are. It seemed like they knew our every need in advance. Jose is a master at his job. Tony, Oscar, Pancho, and the rest of the team were simply a delight. Leonor, as always was so great to work with. Thank you, for working with us to ensure we got the dates that worked best for everyone. You made everything very easy. Professional, attentive, responsive, and very accommodating!!! The team is top notch! I didn’t hear a single complaint from anyone….nothing!!! Great job!! We are even talking about coming back in a couple years. No other place has been so great to work with on this bi-annual meeting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here in one of the amazing waterfront villas. It is hard to know how to even begin this review, because I have so many wonderful things to say about the experience and the property.
STAFF: They made our trip seamless, enjoyable, easy, entertaining, and treated us like royalty. They were so thoughtful and engaging, anticipating our every need. They knew when to partake in the conversation, and when to leave everyone alone for a nap by the pool or some quiet time.
FOOD: The food was incredible. I have some restrictions in that I only eat fish and I also tend to be quite picky. I cleaned my plate at every meal. The food was lovingly and thoughtfully made. I couldn't have asked for tastier or more satisfying meals.
LOCATION & PROPERTY: This is one of the best locations that you could stay at in PV. You are nestled in what feels like a tropical and private oasis, and yet you are minutes from the center of town. The property is lush, private, and immaculately maintained. There is a lovely pool and poolside bar and then a private beach area to lay out at if you prefer to be closer to the ocean. I swam as the beach is perfectly safe and conducive to swimming. Whether you want to stay at the Villa your entire time, or have adventures into town and around PV - you're in a perfect place.

My name is ............ and I just wanted you to know what an incredible time we've had at the Villa this week. I came with 3 of my children our first visit 8 years ago leaving my wife and one of my sons at home due to school. I wasn't able to make the last two visits my family arranged but came this week with my wife and my two daughters. I just wanted you to know what an amazing time we have had.
The landscaping alone is breathtaking! You must have 800 different types of vegetation that is so very beautiful. The staff have also been amazing!!! From Freddie, to Diego, to Jose and all others in between have been nothing but the most gracious and kind people you could ever want to be around while enjoying a vacation. Even the landscaper is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet. My only disappointment is the fact I am leaving today and missed the last two family visits.
Please let Burt know how proud he can be that you have created one of the most beautiful environments on earth to come and enjoy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for allowing us to visit your amazing Villa experience. My wife, daughters, and I are truly blessed to have spent the last week here!!!

Perfect Destination Wedding in Paradise!
If there is one place that we would recommend to go for a luxurious and relaxing vacation in a place that makes you feel like your at home, it is Villa Verano and The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club. From the moment we arrived the most warm, inviting staff we have ever had the pleasure of meeting greeted us. We rented the entire estate for a destination wedding vacation and to hold our reception in. It was a massive undertaking that the staff didn't blink an eye at. Not only did they meet and anticipate all our needs throughout the week but they effortlessly helped us get the details in order for the reception throughout the course of the week.
Every meal was delicious and unique and for those guests that had special dietary needs they were met at every meal and never missed. By the end of the trip the staff knew all the names of our guests and we truly couldn't imagine them not being there a part of our celebration. They were there for us from very late at night to breakfast early in the morning always with a huge smile. The process of arranging our stay was also a joy. The owners are wonderful people and they did everything possible to make our family and friends have the best vacation ever! The on site concierge was a wealth of knowledge that helped many of our guests arrange excursions and activities they are still talking about today!

Great family vacation
Our family of 16 just spent another wonderful vacation at the villa. From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave the amazing staff is there for you with a "do you need anything, everything ok?" We had beautiful meals every day from the fresh fruit at breakfast to the wonderful desserts after dinner. We celebrated birthdays and our grandchildrens college graduations, the staff made them feel very special. You can't imagine a more beautiful setting to relax by the pool or enjoy the views from your private balcony. It is an easy walk into town along the beach. Thank you Villa Verano for a wonderful vacation we will be back...it is a special place.
