This multilevel luxury villa features 10 bedroom suites. The villas sleep 20 guests, and it is perfect for family reunions, corporate retreats, and celebrating any special occasion.
Casa Peregrina offers outstanding staff to cater to your every wish. The staff includes a Houseman, a Cook, and bartender who will prepare three meals per day, and Daily Housekeeping. The cost of groceries is not included.
The villa features a total of 33,260.48 sq ft. of The living and dining room opens up to expansive terraces complete with a large, salt-water, heated pool boasting views of the ocean and mountains.
The beach access is just a 6 mins walk from the villa with private access through Condo Playa Las Gemelas. Our guests will have access to the bathrooms in the facility ad one of the best beaches in the south shore of Puerto Vallarta Also, the villas’ attentive staff can arrange a cooler with your favorite drinks and snacks and set up beach chairs and umbrellas.
Kitchen & Chef Service; Your villa rental includes the preparation and service of three meals a day, plus snacks and beverages. The Cost of Food and Beverages is not included. ?We will provide you with menu suggestions to help you plan meals before your arrival and throughout your stay. ?Should there be someone in your group who is a vegetarian, has specific allergies, or is intolerant, for example, to gluten, our Chef will accommodate the meals for that person.
Our Maid services are available from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We have a washer and separate dryer located in the utility room next to the kitchen. Please note that the laundry area is for the exclusive use of our housekeeping staff. If you need assistance with personal laundry, please ask our houseman or concierge, and our maid will gladly assist you. Personal laundry service is not included, but our staff can gladly help for an extra gratuity.
Air conditions: You will find a remote control in each bedroom, in the living room, and in the dining room that allows you to control the temperature of the room that you are in. If you’re running the air conditioning, please ensure that all windows and outside doors are closed to ensure it operates to maximum efficiency. We recommend a setting of 72F / 22C, which we find keeps the place at a comfortable temperature. Please turn off the AC when you are not in the room to save energy and help the planet!
Swimming Pool; We have a [heated] swimming pool available for your use. Please note that it takes a few hours to heat to the optimal temperature. The pool has a saltwater system: no more red eyes and itchy skin. If you encounter any issues with cleanliness or notice any faults, please let us know asap. Please be cautious when walking barefoot while wet; tiles and flooring can get slippery.
Garden; We have a beautiful garden that is the perfect scenario to practice Yoga, meditation, have a massage, or simply walk the grounds and enjoy the views.
If you are traveling with children we have soccer balls and nets for their entertainment.
Beach Equipment; We have beach chairs and umbrellas for our guests to use when visiting the beach. Our staff can assist you with setting up at the beach that you do not have to carry anything other than your personal belongings.
To access the beach, you will need an access code, and face masks are required to enter the grounds. There are vendors at the beach, so make sure to bring cash to buy snacks and rent water sports available.
Smart TV, Sky channels; There are TV’s in most of the bedrooms, living room, and upstairs TV room with SKY Tv system and they are all smart TV’s. There will be two remote controls for each TV. The SKY system is labeled so it is pretty much intuitive to use. If you have any doubts please ask our staff.
Music System & Bluetooth speaker;There is a Bluetooth speaker available at the villa . We also have a plug-in system that works only if your device is directly connected to it.
Billiards Table; There is a billiards table on the second floor lounge area between the Second Master and the Yellow Master bedrooms.
Please also consider this when tipping, as it does require additional work on our Chef’s part. Cooking for 20 people is no small feat! Please note that meals are generally served family-style, which means that all guests will have the same menu choices for all courses: starter, main entrée, and dessert (exceptions made for all special diets and allergies).? Not including the cost of alcohol, it varies depending on personal consumption and brands.
Prepaid Deposit: a Food and Beverage deposit of USD 1,500.00 is required 60 days Before the date of arrival. The staff does the grocery shopping at store costs plus a 15% shopping and delivery fee over the total. All groceries must be paid in full the day before your departure. We accept payments in both US dollars and Mexican Pesos. All receipts and accounting are available, and we recommend you reconcile every other day with the houseman or concierge.
