You have access to local sites by a short taxi ride or a pleasant walk along the beach or on cobblestone streets, in this affluent neighborhood. Just steps to the South of the villa begin the beautiful white beaches of Conchas Chinas. Restaurants and the Romantic Zone in town, are an easy walk to the north. It is a magnificent and dramatic villa, that includes a main villa with 5 bedrooms and a three bedroom guest house with open and flowing spaces full of light and color. The location is completely a dream. Outside, a world of ease and luxury awaits you with a large entertainment patio, bordered by the heated pool, BBQ, bar and beautiful views. Inside, an enormous living and dining area under soaring ceilings leads to a terrace overlooking the ocean. The eight spacious bedrooms are very private and comfortable with their own terraces, private bathrooms and ocean views. One of the eight bedrooms is designed for children with 2 small single beds.

*The friendly staff work Monday thru Saturday. For Sunday service please contact us in advance. The cook will prepare 2 meals per day, breakfast & lunch (dinner service is available for additional charge). Includes all shopping, preparation, serving and clean up, you pay just the cost of receipts for food & beverages. The maid does all household cleaning and linens, the houseman helps serve meals & make drinks etc.
