Please add 16% Mexico IVA tax to nightly rental rate. The listed nightly rental rates apply to up to eighteen guests (twenty guests with small children). More than twenty guests an additional fee of $450 USD per person, per night fee applies. In addition to the nightly rates guest is responsible for all food and beverage costs during their stay plus a 10% food and beverage fee. Gratuity is not included. Gratuity is at the guest discretion and always greatly appreciated by the Villa staff.

Entertaining additional outside guests and hosting special events at Casa Tres Soles does require additional staff and advance planning in order to continue to provide our high level of service. We request that our guests please follow these guidelines when planning special events, celebrations, meals and poolside gatherings with outside guests during their stay at Casa Tres Soles.

ENTERTAINING ADDITIONAL GUESTS Included in our guest's stay, the Casa Tres Soles staff provide service for up to 18 guests, or up to 20 guests with small children. We ask that guests please always notify the staff at least 48 hours in advance when expecting outside guests to join them at Casa Tres Soles. Guests may invite outside guests for a meal, or an afternoon swim, or a cocktail party. For up to 8 outside guests for these types of occasions, there is an additional fee of $40 per guest, for up to 9 to 15 outside guests there is an additional fee of $50 per guest. Please note, the additional fee does not include actual food and beverage costs.

SPECIAL EVENTS Special events require Casa Tres Soles owner approval prior to confirming your reservation. The maximum number of guests for special events is 95, including those guests staying overnight at Casa Tres Soles. A minimum 3 to 5-night stay is required for special events. Noise or sounds that can be heard outside at Casa Tres Soles, including those from musical instruments, musical ensembles or groups must please be kept at an appropriate level as to not affect our neighboring community. Also prohibited is the use of excessive lights for events with sound or other spectacles that may affect the exterior luminosity of our neighboring community. Guest's choice of event planner and catering company also requires owner approval. We will gladly supply our recommended list of professional event planners and caterers. A schedule of the special event including date, time, number of guests, wedding planner and catering company must please be submitted to the Villa Manager, at least 3 weeks prior to your arrival date. Casa Tres Soles has limited parking; therefore, event guests are required to please take a taxi van or bus to the villa.

20 to 32 guests, in addition to those staying overnight in Casa Tres Soles: $5,500

33 to 50 guests, in addition to those staying overnight in Casa Tres Soles: $7,000

51 to 75 guests, in addition to those staying overnight in Casa Tres Soles: $9,500

By special request, we also make arrangements for airport transfers, baby sitting, massages, mariachi bands chauffered cars and flower delivery for that special occasion.
