Situated at the end of a quiet residential lane on just under 1 acre, this unique creekside property is walled and gated for the ultimate private get-away. The two separate cottages are nestled under many mature oak, sycamore, and avocado trees and are surrounded by manicured gardens and fountains.
The two story 'Main Cottage' has a living room, dining area to seat 10 guests, full kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a full bath and laundry room. The romantic Master suite (Cal King bed) is upstairs with beautiful views from all windows. The Master bath has 2 sinks, a shower, a clawfoot tub, and french doors leading out to a small deck.
The 'Guest Cottage' is made up of two bedrooms separated by a small den with a wood burning stove, piano and TV. The 'Red Room' has a queen bed and a single bed, the 'Blue Room' has two single beds. The bathroom has two sinks, and a shower/Tub

This is a very private gem with handsome gardens, beautifully designed and decorated and with a well-equipped kitchen. Tracy was a pleasure to deal with - always prompt and accommodating when we needed it. We've stayed many places in SB and this is far and away the prettiest and most comfortable. We will definitely return.
Tracy is the best host! We rented both properties for a graduation. The grounds are beautiful - it has the charm of a private estate. The kitchen is well stocked. The furnishings are amazing antiques. The worst part is that we had to leave. You will enjoy your stay!
Cozy, comfortable and quality. This peaceful retreat is somewhere I could stay all month. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac behind private gates with a bridge over a little creek. It happened to just rain so there was actually water in the creek.
The master suite is very spacious, light and airy. While there are no window treatments, we loved waking up with the sun. It is very private.
The kitchen is well equipped with good appliances which is important to me since I love to cook with all the things I picked up at the local Farmers market. (There is one very close in Montecito on Fridays and one in Santa Barbara on Saturdays)
For my family the second house was perfect, it's just a stones throw away from the main house and my kids loved it. It's very secure and also cute as a button.
Tracy is very friendly and thorough. She responded in a timely manner and has a clever sense of humor.
We LOVE staying at Tracy's house! This was a return trip and once again everything was just perfect. When you enter through the main gate, it is like entering into a fairytale oasis of privacy and quiet. The house charms with big windows and a casual chic French country house kind of appeal. Quality linens and a super comfortable bed in the master bedroom is a real plus, too. If you like staying at the San Ysydro Ranch, you will feel right at home here and it is a only 5 min. away if you you want to wine and dine there! The two cottages are separate, so, I would not recommend it for families with small children, but, for two couples or a family with teens or adult children it is perfect. There are lots of great restaurants nearby in the upper village of Montecito or on Coast Village Rd. and some of the best beaches of the area are also nearby.
This is one of those jewels you are greatful to find and can't wait to come back to!
