Our condo is in a small building of 5 units, 1 unit per floor, located on the hillside overlooking the neighborhood of Emiliano Zapata. The unit is 2 BR, 2 bath and has a very large kitchen, living room, laundry room, and a balcony with a Weber grill and a view of the ocean and Old town. In a secure building, the unit also has one secure parking place. It is a 7 block walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to the Emiliano Zapata neighborhood market, and is within 1-2 blocks of many great restaurants. Please note: The building is at the end of a quiet street and, if walking, you have to walk up a short ramp or stairs on the sidewalk. Also, the unit is on the 2nd level from the access street and is approximately 20 steps up. The unit has air-conditioning, ceiling fans, cable TV, and WiFi. It is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. Weekly maid service is included.
