"Hacienda Sayulita" is a fully staffed Luxury Villa that can be rented Privately with a minimum 8 Bedroom rental (up to 10 - 11 bedrooms. Unused rooms remain closed and are not rented separately).
Located on the Coveted North side of Sayulita, the villa is only a 10 min. walk into the Heart of Downtown or just a couple minutes ride . The beautiful "North Beach" is located 3 blocks below the villa (5 min walk or one minute by golf cart) and is far less busy than the downtown central beach in Sayulita.
Hacienda Sayulita offers approx 20,000 sq ft. with Special Introductory Rates (10% Discount Sat-Sat stays in Low Season when all 10 bedrooms are reserved). The villa offers 10 bedrooms all with Private En Suite Bathrooms (6 of 10 have Ocean Views).
The main level offers expansive ocean views from every space including the living room, dining room, gourmet kitchen, and outdoor dining area with BBQ by the pool area. The salt water infinity pool and jacuzzi blend into the ocean and horizon.
Just below the main living level, you have a fun entertainment area including the game room, bar and TV room. There are 2 bedrooms on this Game Room level (both bedrooms have a king bed which can be split to 2 twins upon request) and en suite bath.
The huge open ocean view terrace on the top level of the villa features a lounge area for 20 ppl. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are also available for sun bathing on the terrace.
Rental includes Full Staff of a Chef, Houseman/Waiter, and Maid Service. All Guest Suites are King (4 Suites can be split into 2 twins upon request) and each has a Private En Suite Bathroom. Six of the 10 Suites offer Ocean Views). The Villa has been a labor of love in the making for the past 3 years. It offers many special features including original 100 year old Mexican Hacienda doors unique to each Guest Suite, brick boveda ceilings in every room, custom cement floors and stonework details, Hydrazzo Salt Water Infinity Pool and 12 Person Jacuzzi (heated Dec-April), stucco finished walls, Game Room/Bar Area has a Pool Table, Ping Pong Table, Foosball, Darts and TV room... just to name a few.

Golf Cart Rentals can be arranged and delivered to the villa for and additional fee (ask for a quote for a 4 pax custom gas golf cart, $75 US/day prices are subject to change).
Bedroom Configuration:
- Rooms 7 and 8 are both king, en suite bedrooms are on the entry level and offer partial ocean views. *Beds can be split into 2 twin beds upon request*.
- (Rooms 1-6) one level up from main, 6 king, en suite bedrooms (3 suites face the sea with expansive ocean views and private terraces, 2 suites with small terraces and partial ocean views, and 1 suite with a small terrace and jungle view).
- (Rooms 9 and 10) On the lower level (one level below main living/dining/kitchen) you have a bar and game room. You also have 2 rooms on this level (2 bedrooms have a king which can be split to 2 twins upon request and private bath and the third/flex room (Room 11) is the TV room which can be converted to 2 fold out twin sleepers with en suite bath for an additional charge of $200 US/night (low season) and $300 US/nigh (high season).
Rates include a Full Staff (Houseman/Bartender, Chef, and Maid Service):
Summer (May-September) 8 BR minimum start at $1600/night plus 19% tax (additional rooms up to 10 BR can be added for $200 US/room per night). $300 US/night surcharge for a check in or check out on Sunday. 3 night minimum stay.
Winter (October-April) 8 BR minimum rental of $2400/night plus 19% tax and additional rooms $300/night (up to 10 -11 total bedrooms) 5 Night Minimum with Check in or Check out on Saturday in High Season from October-April.
Holidays (Thanksgiving Week, $3450 US/night for 10 bedrooms, Christmas Week $5000/night for 10 rooms), (New Years Week 10 BR $6000/night), and (Easter Week 10 BR $3450 US/night). 7 night minimum Holiday Rentals.
Villa can sleep up to a max of 24 guests (20 adults/kids, 4-6 kids). 11th flex bedroom is additional based on season. Additional charge of $300 US/night per person for more than 22 guests (we have 2 fold out twin sofa sleepers in TV room) with a max of 24 guests.
Please NOTE that rates are Based on Double Occupancy per room starting with an 8 BR minimum Min 5 night stay with a check in or check out in High Season. 10 BR reservation and 7 night min stay for all Holidays.

After the sun goes down, enjoy stargazing and a fire in the Chimenea on the upper terrace.
In the heart of the “Golden Zone” of Sayulita - the coveted North Side away from crowds but close enough to walk to the beach (5 min) and town (10 min).
40 miles north of the Puerto Vallarta, escape the city crowds in “Riviera Nayarit”, easily within reach yet worlds away.

We welcome families, however, it's important to note that the villa is situated on a steep hill and has an infinity pool and jacuzzi that may make parents of young children uncomfortable. Adult supervision is necessary at all times. The walk to the beach is approx 110 steps up or down for about one block and then it's a flat 2 1/2 block walk to the beach (5 minute walk).
Rates are for Accommodations only. Food/beverage is at cost and grocery receipts are reconciled with the staff as they shop plus $25 US fee per trip to the main store in Bucerias.
Gratuities are not included. Suggested tip guideline is 10-15% of your rental divided between the staff members when you check out.

This house is beautiful!! The architecture and decor are amazing and the view is unbelievable. We enjoyed the house all the time.
It was our first time traveling to Sayulita and Shayne (manager) provided all the details before arrival. She answered all our questions and had great recommendations.
The house staff is amazing and provided an outstanding service. They are really friendly, we were welcomed all the time.
We traveled there for a birthday celebration; the house staff made this vacation to be really special. They decorated for the main day and we are really thankful for this.
I will start with Santi, he is the chef. All the food that he cooked was delicious and the presentation was so pretty. They were a few people in my family who are vegan and the house staff accommodated their needs accordingly.
Jibram is the houseman. If we had any questions or needed anything, he was able to help us. Also, he prepared delicious and beautiful drinks.
Angeles provided the best maid service. In addition to this, she makes the best desserts!! The flan and chocolate lava cake are the best. Also, I needed a couple of things and she figured out how to make it happen.
Gladis worked really well with Angeles and helped us with everything that we needed.
I highly recommend Hacienda Sayulita! The best house, location, house staff and food!!

Wanted to share a few responses from the group. First, the home is stunningly beautiful. Every room was perfection. From beginning to end, we felt the home provided a perfect backdrop for a celebratory vacation.
Second, we loved the staff! We appreciate the hard work from the entire staff. We could tell everyone put in a lot of work to make our stay amazing, in addition to going above and beyond for our birthdays and anniversary. It made us feel the trip was special. The food was spectacular! Every day Santi and the staff prepared some of the best food we’ve had. From prior to the trip until after departing the house manager was communicative and helpful.
We will be back many times!

Our family had a great vacation, many thanks to Jebram! We are very active and he arrange transport to surfing and hiking trips. He also arranged 2 golf carts for our group to go into town.
The whole team was great including Santiago who cooked for 10 meat eaters and 3 vegans!!!
The house is gorgeous and we will definately be booking for next year.

We rented the Hacienda for my husband's 40th birthday party with a large group of friends, and it was wonderful! The house was stunning, the on-site team was incredible, the food was amazing, and our whole group was thrilled with the experience.
When we opened the door to the house, our whole group couldn't believe how gorgeous the property and view was. Jibram, the house manager, was on top of everything. Santiago, the chef, made incredible food. We felt like everything was taken care of and it made for an experience that we will never forget.
A couple things to note that might be helpful for others for planning purposes:
1) We stayed in Dec. 2022 and there was construction next door that was very loud (jack hammers, etc). And when I say "next door" I literally mean 20 feet from the Hacienda. It started at 7am and went all day during the week. Obviously there's nothing that this property could do about it, but bring ear plugs for sleeping if you want to sleep in and headphones for the pool if you want to have a relaxing reading session by the pool during the day. Nothing to complain about, but our group wished we had known.
2) The hill getting up and down to the property is intense. We're from Colorado and we hike all the time in the mountains and we found this hill to be hilarious. We had small children and folks over 70 in our group and they literally couldn't get up and down this hill without help. When our transportation van approached the house, he literally said "it might take a few attempts to get up to the house, which is totally normal." That's how steep and long this thing is :). All of this to say, if you have young kids, older folks, or people with mobility issues, definitely rent the golf cart or a car. (Although our group didn't rent golf carts because none of us were comfortable driving up and down the hill in one ;).
We ended up having more kids than we planned in our group who were all under the age of 7 and made it work. If you bring young kids you'll definitely need to keep an eye on them at all times as the house isn't child-proofed (and we didn't expect it to be). The little living room area off of the dining room made for a great "kids" area for dinner, where we set them up with a movie and pizza most nights while we all ate at the main table.
Anyway, the whole thing was wonderful. Thank you all for everything!!

We booked this house to celebrate a joint 40th birthday for my husband and I. I have to admit that we kept looking at reviews and some made us a little nervous. Don’t listen to any of it. The pictures, don’t do this beautiful home justice. The town is beautiful, safe and full of the Mexican spirit. Everything at hacienda Sayulita is impeccable. Jibram, Santiago, Gladys, Angeles and every single person there make this an absolute dream. We had most our meals there and everything was delicious. There was never a moment they didn’t offer you a drink, made sure everyone was having fun, and everything we needed. Our group ranged from a 4 month old, 4 yr old, 7 years old. Some late 20s, and couples in their 40, 50 and 70s. We enjoyed the pool, and everyone enjoyed the game room. We all had the best time, and keep looking for another occasion to come back. We stayed at Hacienda Sayulita for a joint 40th birthday party with a very large group. From the first moment arriving at the house, all of our expectations were exceeded. Just like the pictures, the house is true luxury. Jibram and the staff really made this experience next level for us— they were welcoming, helpful with anything we needed and just really nice people! Chef Santiago made the best meals, that everyone in our large group loved. No detail at Casa Sayulita is overlooked we couldn’t have had a more wonderful experience!

We just returned from a five night stay at Hacienda Sayulita as a party of 16, 60+ year olds all of whom have traveled the world and stayed in very luxurious accommodations as well as sparse accommodations!
This place was wonderful, is exactly as advertised and the staff was very friendly, unobtrusive, and incredibly willing to assist in any way..
Jibram, the "main man on site" is a hard worker and anxious to make sure whatever you need is available. On those occasions that we ran short of particular items, Jibram would take off on his motor bike without us even noticing and return with what we needed. The ladies in particular, loved Jibram.
We planned two evenings out in Sayulita and three dinners at the Villa. Santiago, the chef, served some amazing meals as specified by our group prior to arrival. We generally ordered from menus provided by the Villa and were not disappointed. Santiago's chili relleno was fabulous! Breakfast was equally as delicious with a wide assortment of choices including pancakes, sausage, bacon, fabulous hash browns, fruit, eggs, frijoles and many local dishes. Best thing was, if you wanted a fried egg, all you had to do is ask and Santiago would cook it for you.
The rest of the staff, three smiling ladies, did a wonderful job of cleaning our rooms and the house. It was a great surprise to return to our rooms following breakfast to find the bed made perfectly and the room and bathroom clean. Most impressive was the beautiful table setting they created for dinners! Following dinner, the team of five worked diligently to clean up our dishes while also serving our party our requested cocktails.
We were not in Sayulita to play games or watch television. While these amenities are appreciated, we did little more than walk in the game room to confirm it existed!
The town of Sayulita, while intimidating at first, is actually very easy to navigate. We had requested four golf carts which Jibram had delivered upon our arrival. these probably were not necessary but appreciated. Again, we are all 60+!
The nearest beach, straight down the hill from the Villa, is very pleasant. I had barely finished the cerveza I brought from the Villa when a gentlemen appeared over my shoulder and asked what we needed? Soon I was sipping a delicious margarita!
All of us would return to Hacienda Sayulita!!!

Most amazing house and staff, the views are spectacular and even with 20 people, the house felt very spacious. The bedrooms are large and very comfortable, especially with AC units in each room. The infinity pool and rooftop deck were also nice amenities. Shayne the house manager and the onsite staff are all fabulous, very responsive and helpful. Alex, the houseman and chef Santiago and rest of the staff were friendly and the food/drinks were better than restaurant-quality. Can't wait to return soon!!!

We had 12 of us and the place was perfect for a big group. There are multiple hangout spots around the house, and the layout can't get much better.
Alejandro, Chef Santiago, Karen, and Angeles were amazing! Great food, the place is spotless, and Alejandro will help with any of your needs around the house and in town.
