Excellent location directly on the beach of Conchas Chinas, known as the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta. Older charming hotel condo complex. The unit has been completely remodeled and is very comfortable. Both bedrooms have king beds, TVs with cable/DVD connections. There is A/C throughout the unit. The views from this unit are spectacular! As a hotel condo, there are two restaurants that can deliver breakfast, lunch or dinner (at an additional cost, of course), or you can cook in the fully-equipped kitchen. The concierge in the building can arrange any service you wish for, from car pick-up, to tours, to auto rentals, to in-suite massages. Maid service is included 3x/week, including linens and towels. Laundry service is available at an additional charge. Everybody who stays here comes back.

Notes

• The entire condo is fully air-conditioned. The bathrooms are floor-to-ceiling marble; the master bath is en-suite. Both bedrooms have king beds and large closet areas. The master has a safe. The property is a hotel condo, so all hotel facilities are available, including 3x/week maid service. Room service from one of two restaurants is available at an additional charge, as well as laundry and any other services such as tours, car rentals, etc. All can be arranged with the concierge. Located only 10 minutes walking or less than 5 minutes by taxi to town with all the restaurants, clubs/bars, and shopping that you can imagine. Ideal location with significant repeat business to this property. Very charming!
• This location offers sunsets every day of the year in a very relaxing and charming setting. This is "old Vallarta" at it's best. Try the brunch at the restaurant on the beach ... it's terrific! Or ask the concierge to arrange a massage in the condo -- how decadent!

Lovely condo with amazing ocean views

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo in Conchas Chinas. The condo was

immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. Owner was very responsive to our questions/needs. One

caveat - there is no elevator in the building, so be prepared to walk several flights down to get to the beach. (Personally, we enjoyed the exercise!)

Great stay. Everything was perfect . Unit clean and in a great location. Easy walk to a fabulous beach.

Bedding was great , plenty of towels, new appliances. Kudos to Wayne for making the unit first class.

As advertised the condo was clean and the view from the patio was beautiful.

The condo and staff were terrific. The location is ideal with access to beaches and downtown. 5-10 minutes - a quick Uber ride.

I would stay again for sure!

Ideal location and stunning views of the water and sunset

The views are breathtaking PV is known for some of the best sun sets in the world and they live up to it from this balcony view, the 2 bedroom 2 bath made things very comfortable and added more privacy. The Fridge is very handy for stocking up on supplies for the week and the convenience of just grabbing a taxi or Uber out front into town is great.

Pros outweigh cons

View is fabulous. Condo is totally adequate, was clean on arrival and easy to maintain. Beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure. Owner's representative responded quickly and efficiently to any issues which arose.

We wouldn't recommend this unit to anyone who can't manage stairs easily. Also disappointing was the fact that the pool was unheated. We went to a nice beach that was 5 minutes away.

All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much.

Thank you for your comments. I wish there was something I could do about the pool. I will mentioned it to the Administration at our Annual Meeting to see if this is something we can consider at least during the winter months.

The unit is 2 floors up from the lobby with no elevator service. So while the stairs could be challenging for some with hip or knee issues, it has thankfully not been a problem in the past.

Note that there will be design and decor modifications coming this year. So please check back with us later in the summer to see the new upgrades. Thank you for your stay!

Amazing Sunsets!

By far the best place I have ever stayed at in Puerta Vallarta! Easy access to downtown and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Will be back again!

Conchas Chinas is considered the Beverly Hills of Puerto Vallarta. This condo is located in a charming colonial hotel/condo property, while this unit has been upgraded. You can either walk over to the Conchas Chinas Beach, directly adjacent to the property or go into town, about a 15 minute walk and go to the Los Muertos Beach (the largest and most popular Beach in Vallarta), or go to the Romantic Zone and peruse the stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. This is the same area where this is an active nightlight as well. A great location to be close to the activities of Vallarta without having to suffer the noise and congestion.
