There is a pool with jacuzzi, delightful garden, stunning sea, beach and island views. It boasts an exceptionally well equipped gourmet kitchen, with Viking Range, Decor Convection Oven, 2 dishwashers and many more conveniences. . There is wireless internet access throughout, and televisions in every bedroom. There are two masters (one ocean, one garden views) each with European Down bedding, pillow top king beds and high thread count linens. This house is completely enclosed and private, nestled within an acre of garden. Superbly located, 2 minutes to local shops, banks, restaurants etc, 3 minutes by car to the beaches and 6 minutes to downtown Santa Barbara. Due to its proximity to the ocean, this house always has a gentle ocean breeze, it is never too hot or too cold. |

This is a wonderful vacation home with lots of space, a great yard with a pool and garden and a lovely porch with a great view of the ocean. I highly recommend this place.
Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway.

This was our first time to rent a home, thus, I was concerned by what could go wrong. Well rest assured, we had a fabulous time, and the home was all we had hoped for and more. Our three grown daughters felt like it was one of our best family vacations. The home is fabulously decorated and the setting was picture perfect, it sits up on the hill in Montecito and look out over the ocean. The location is fabulous, close to the beach and Santa Barbara's city center. The owner was a delight to work with, he gave us tips on restaurants, beaches, golf etc.
