This grand 25,000 square foot villa adorns the mountainside of Mismaloya, allowing for spectacular ocean and jungle views. Everything you could possibly want in a luxury villa is there, including a game room with everything imaginable, a fitness center, an office, a heated infinity pool, a jacuzzi, a friendly staff of seven and much more. Villa Magnifico Puerto Vallarta is also a great venue to host large events from weddings to family reunions.

Perched on the lush hillsides of Mismaloya with panoramic views over the Pacific, Villa Magnifico is a masterpiece of luxury living just south of Puerto Vallarta. With ten lavish bedrooms and sixteen thoughtfully designed bathrooms spread across 25,000 square feet, this villa is made for unforgettable gatherings—whether it's a dreamy destination wedding, a family celebration, or an indulgent group escape.
Step inside and feel the grandeur: expansive living areas open seamlessly to ocean breezes, while the heated infinity pool and jacuzzi invite you to soak in serenity. Bedroom 1: June Primary Suite, entrance level, king-size bed, queen sofa sleeper, en-suite bathroom with tub, sitting area, corner suite with panoramic views, private terrace. Special Note: We recommend this bedroom for guests with limited mobility due to its easy access to common areas and the pool.
Bedroom 2: Los Arcos Primary Suite, top level, king-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, en-suite bathroom with tub, sitting area, corner suite with panoramic views, private terrace.
Bedroom 3: Horizon Suite, top level, one king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, private balcony
Bedroom 4: Palmera Suite, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting room, private balcony.
Bedroom 5: Sunrise Suite, top level, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, private balcony.
Bedroom 6: Brisa Suite, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, private balcony.
Bedroom 7: Sunset Primary Suite, king—size bed, queen sofa sleeper, en-suite bathroom with tub, sitting area, corner suite with panoramic views, private terrace.
Bedroom 8: Bliss Suite, bottom level, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, private balcony.
Bedroom 9: Sand Suite, bottom level, king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, private terrace.
Bedroom 10: Casita Suite, bottom level, king-size bed or can be converted into 2 twin size beds, en-suite bathroom, sitting area, full kitchen.

• The kitchens located in the game room and fitness area are for display purposes only and are not available for guest use. For security reasons, guests are not allowed to cook, and the villa staff is responsible for operating all kitchen and grill areas
• Central A/C throughout indoor areas
• Gym equipment: treadmill, two bikes, elliptical machine, lat pull-down machine
• Office equipment (printer in the game room area)
• Wi-Fi
• Outdoor gas BBQ
• Main floor is wheelchair accessible but not handicap compliant

• The bedrooms all have Smart TVs for guests to log into their streaming services. The TVs in the game room, the main living area, and the bar have Firesticks.

• Note: The number of staff members may vary depending on the number of bedrooms and guests served.
Service Hours:
• Coffee service starts at 8:00 am, and breakfast is typically served between 8:45 and 9:00 am. Please review your meal schedule with the staff.
• We will gladly accommodate service requests before 8:00 a.m., but please coordinate with the villa houseman 24 hours in advance.
• Dinner is served no later than 7:00 pm. After dinner, the staff will clean up, serve a final round of drinks, and finish their night duties.
Additional Staff / Extra Service Hours
Please request additional staff or service hours in advance. Our House Manager will determine the number of additional staff needed. If staff are required to work past the regular service hours, an automatic fee will be applied per staff member per additional hour(s). The fee will be determined by the Property Manager base on the number of staff and hours required.
